Great hotel and very good service. The rooms and the bathroom we got were quite spacious and had all the amenities. However, the breakfast selection was sub standard and the rooms don't really have any view. Location is very close to the beach.

I really enjoyed staying here for about two weeks. Booked a Deluxe Room: First the negative aspects: -air conditioning is quite loud and not able to cool the whole room convincingly -the toilet and bathtub section gets partially flooded when showering or taking a bath -bathroom lights are dim -cleaning personal were quite noisy while doing their work -power outlets are placed rather unconvincingly -breakfast was alright, but meat slicers would have been great -WiFi in room is most of the times slow and has to be renewed every three days -tv is small and has no usable HDMI port Now the positive aspects: -the hotel and the rooms look modern and have a darker design -staff was friendly at all times -room was spacious and had a big balcony -lots of storage spaces in the rooms -house keeping staff did a good job at cleaning the partially flooded bathroom every day -pool on highest floor looked clean and was great to swim in -in room dining was delivered fast and tasted good most of the time (rumpsteak was really tough) -mini bar equipped with beer, cokes, water and snacks at cheap prices -located in a smaller side street with 7-eleven and money exchange close by (2 min Walking distance) I would really like to give 5 stars since I enjoyed the stay in general, but the bad WiFi and air conditioning really made it 4 stars. Hope they will be able to fix these things in the future.

The staff has not been trained at all. When we were unable to change the air conditioner setting from 22 ° C to 25 ° C, we were informed that we had a problem with the air conditioner because we were too cold to sleep. Equipment personnel did not pursue the cause. He said it was OK and did not respond. The engineers did not speak English. English speaking staff were available at the reception, but she did not respond in an emergency. They originally did not admit that the air conditioner remote was broken. They did not acknowledge their responsibilities and did not talk to the manager. The attitude of the engineers was bad and showed anger at us, a customer without any mistakes. We are very dissatisfied with the staff. Travel is no longer fun. All quality of this hotel is doubtful, so those who are thinking about staying in the future should think carefully.
