Breakfast is a bit changing when we stayed for 9 days. They'll let you borrow towels for the beach but needs deposit (sometimes) they provide bottled water everyday. You can also borrow iron and iron stand. Pool is not that big but still fine to relax and stay under the sun. A bit far from the bay but you can still walk going it. Around 15 minutes. Oh! They also have a billiard pool that you can play for free and game room if you want to just stay indoors.

Nice hotel with good and tidy rooms, nice workout area, good pool with bar. Great breakfast. Nice an friendly staff. We slept 2 kids and 2 adults, and bed space was too small, staff could not provide an extra bed which would have helped. Glow is near Nopparath beach, calm area, but still okay walking distance to Ao Nang area.

Overall we had been very happy with GLOW. Unfortunately this changed a little bit this morning. The breakfast definitely lost its Charme as they run out of a lot of important ingredients. For example this morning they didn’t have the good bread anymore, no cheese, no ham and no muffins/cake. They didn’t refill the pastries and they didn’t care about our complains. We hope that today was just an exception and that they will Continue serving good breakfast the next days. Otherwise it is very overpriced.
