Staff is very nice and professional. Hotel is nice and clean. Close to 7/11, good food, Thanon Bangla and the beach is just a short stroll away. Although it does get a bit noisy sometimes from the road just outside. And the AC sounds like it has seen better days. But turn the AC down to level 1 and it is alot better. Overall I like this place. The staff really makes it super comfy!

excellent rooms , excellent staff , placed central patong close to malls and famous Banzaan market , small walk to bangla road . excdllent value for money great roof top pool and resturant open 24/7 also seven 11 across the road and family mart next door , the pancake lady outside makes the best nutella pancakes

I love this hotel. Located in a very strategic location. A walk distance to Jungceylon Mall, 7-Eleven just across the hotel, got a wet-market(day) and food market(at night) besides the hotel. Very recommend this hotel.
