Good service, friendly staff. Breakfast excellent. But outside aircondition unit on balcony makes it hard to stay on balcony.

The Taj Mahal in Pattaya.
This place was built to impress. Huge rooms, tasty breakfast included and amazing service.
There was an issue with the online reservation, which was completely my fault, and they had no obligation to accommodate me; but they did with a smile. That's true class.

Mouse or rat in my room !i change 3 times the room- room are to old- light or wifi not working- lizzard or mouse in roombad maintenancefriendly staff are inside but old staff hate them....!enough is enough i stay here maaany times...- soon less chinese and indian customer
